As a newbie to solar/ battery power, Lee and his team made the whole experience easy. They were honest and used language that we could easily understand. From initial contact to sign off post install it was stress free and communication was excellent. they did what they said they would do...... We did speak with other companies, but Future Power edged it on value and the impression that 'they really wanted our business' . Fully recommend.

From first contact the team have listened to what we want , rather than told us what we needed ( as happened with others). Kane was really helpful in getting us a system that meant we can be as close to "off-grid" as possible. Installation was efficient (marred only by having to be split between two days when one of the fitters got really bad toothache at lunchtime -hardly his fault - sitting on a roof with chronic tooth pain - not a good mix) Early days but the system seems to be doing everything we wanted and Kane has gone out of his way to ensure we have as much control as possible. Very down to earth friendly service.

From the start we felt at home and comfortable with this company. We have have very big issues previously with a large to remain unnamed sola company. So meaning Kane was a breath of fresh air, no pushy sales pitch. He just went through what we wanted and the options they could offer. On instal day we did have a few issues at the start but he was straight in-touch and came over to make sure everything was ok. After the system was fitted we have had no problems at all and they have always been there if I have had any questions. This is one company I honestly would recommend they won’t push things on you you don’t need but will be there to help all the way through.

Excellent service. Everything was done super quickly at an excellent price. Lee has been great at responding to follow- up queries. I would recommend getting the i- boost if your boiler permits as I get free hot water which adds to the savings and reduces the carbon. Very footprint

Just had oil combi boiler fitted today. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. First rate customer service from Lee and Olivia. Glenn and Rob, a massive thank you for what you have done today. Has made our lives a lot easier as we have a a bad year last year due to ill health . Companies that fit oil boilers are getting rarer these days. Have had few companies that have quoted me for a replacement boiler but have not come close to price have paid to future power team. Very professional, friendly guys who fitted boiler very clean and tidy and have said any issue to contact them. Again a GREAT BIG THANKYOU!!
